Please join us on a casual bike ride through the spectacular Tweed countryside.
It’s a scenic ride passing through a huge variety of landscapes along the award winning Northern Rivers Rail Trail.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men in Australia.
More than 28,000 Australian men were diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2025.1 in 5 of Australian men are at risk of being diagnosed in their lifetime and men living in regional or rural areas of Australia have approximately 24% higher rate of dying from prostate cancer than their urban counterparts.
Mark Jensen, Life Force Program Manager from the Prostate Cancer Foundation, will be making short presentations about the disease, its detection, diagnosis and treatment between 11am and 3pm at the start/finish in Burringbar.
He will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about prostate cancer.
Buy a ticket to register. Donations are welcome too.
This is NOT A RACE. Take your time and make a day of it.
It’s a wonderful way to experience and enjoy all the things that the Tweed Coast has to offer – spectacular countryside, restaurants, cafes, galleries, markets and more. There are plenty of places along the route to refuel with delicious treats and refreshments.
We will also have two official rest stops at Murwillumbah railway station and Burringbar with free water and small snacks.
Funds raised will be donated to The Lions Prostate Cancer Research & Treatment Project and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
**NB This weekend is a long weekend in NSW for ANZAC Day**
